NO KA LĀHUI- community engagement

Moon Kine Tingz is committed to community building and bringing awareness and SOLUTIONS to the issues Native Hawaiians face everyday in our kaiāulu. A percentage of proceeds is always funneled back into the community, through educational opportunities, or fundraising for community issues such as Mauna Kea and Hūnānāniho (Sherwoods). We also have community work days which we use to orient and collaborate with our kaiaulu in order to give back to spaces that feed both our kino and our naʻau. 

MKT also hosts free printing parties for our community! Our printing events are meant to bring awareness and attention to a certain issue and allow our kānaka space to gather, share some lāhui love, and talk about what matters to us. The ʻono food is just a plus :)
